︎ Fuori Visioni is a festival held in Piacenza, Italy. The concept for its 4th edition centered on questions of control, with particular attention to the social and artistic implications of the rapid expansion of information technologies.

Invited to design the visual identity, I explored the ambiguous tension between two forces: the unprecedented access, production, and circulation of information, and the persistent desire to regulate and contain it.

The graphic strategy drew upon the visual language of internet memes. Appropriated images, decontextualization, makeshift editing tools, and a deliberately low-resolution aesthetic (i.e., an anologic glitch art). The resulting digital collages, assembled from diverse sources tied to the theme, created layered readings that invited viewers to navigate between irony, critique, and speculation.

This aesthetic continues to play a central role in shaping my artistic practice today.
