︎nós was a selected project for the LandShape Festival in Denmark, dedicated to contemporary Land Art. The Portuguese word means both “knots” and “us,” reflecting the dual focus of the work: material practice and collective identity.

The project explored connections between Brazil and Denmark through fishing traditions, focusing on the hand-making of nets in Picinguaba, Brazil. Participants created a communal net intended for rest and play, using vernacular techniques to highlight cultural exchanges shaped less by geography than by social hierarchies and globalized practices.
